1. Do you offer returns or exchange?
Yes, we offer both.
At Maddison Alley, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason this isn't the case, we'll happily exchange or offer store credit on your purchase excluding any postage costs. Item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags. Please see refund policy for full terms and conditions.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Delivery within metro cities can take between 2-8 business days after dispatch via Australia Post. Delivery times can vary due to location, peak times and public holidays.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping.
4. How do I return or exchange an order?

5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can.
Please email info@maddisonalley.com.au within 1 business day of placing your order for any changes or cancellations. *Conditions apply
6. Can I return or exchange Sale items?
Unfortunately not. We do not accept returns on sale items. Please see the returns policy for full terms.
7. My order is missing an item, what do I do?
Oh no! We're sorry to hear that. Please get in touch at info@maddisonalley.com.au and our customer care team will get on the case!
8. Do you offer Local Delivery?
Yes, we do! We offer local delivery to the Ballarat area. Please see the shipping information for full terms.
Please Note:
Local delivery works with Shop Pay but not with other accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.
If you choose an accelerated checkout method other than Shop Pay in the first step of the checkout, then it won't have local delivery as a shipping method. However, you still have the option to have the package shipped using our shipping rates.
