Change of Mind Returns Policy

"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us online or in-store, we will exchange those products in-store or provide a store credit subject to the following conditions:

  1. Exchange or store credit will be issued for all change of mind returns.
  2. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).
  3. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return; and
  4. Items purchased online can be returned in-store with proof of purchase. In the case of online purchases, returns will not include the cost of shipping.
  5. Return must be initiated within 3 days of purchase or receival of item.

Faulty Returns Policy

If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item that is faulty.

The fastest way to receive a refund or exchange is to head to your closest store where the team can assess the product for you. We appreciate faulty items being returned as it gives us the opportunity to monitor any issues with a particular style/range. Once our friendly team in-store confirms that the product is faulty they can assist you with an exchange or refund.

If you have your receipt or proof of purchase (eg a bank statement showing the transaction) please take it with you as this makes the process much easier, but we can still help you even without this. *Please note that faulty returns made without proof of purchase will be processed at the current scan price on the day of your return*

If your purchase was made online and you are unable to head into the store, please follow our online returns process.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) earrings and accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Online Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
